I moved to SC from Long Island 2 yrs ago. Continued newsday service seemed like best choice for news.

This past week I discovered they were charging me monthly price on 3 different credit cards. In this time ive cancelled couple times with online agent. So anytime I restarted I was asked for credit card. I just found out they have been charging each card monthly.

Unfortunately I only discovered this week. Ive been on phone with newsday and credit card companies for last few days. Yesterday I thought I cleared all up. Today my internet has been out for last 17 hrs.

When it finally came back I attemptrd to go to my acct on line. It was stopped.

Needless to say im pissed. I will call tomorrow morning yo either get fixed or cancel acct.

Newsday doesn't respond to emails of any sort. In the last two years, I have contacted Newsday Editors and mailed copies of the children's book I published. The title is: Miss Centipede: A Bug's Tale of Tolerance. I also contacted Newsday Editors two weeks ago about my friend's dog missing: Honey Bear! Of course no response. Channel 12 news responded, as well as, ABC news. Newsday charges too much money for the daily paper. Newsday Editors do not care about the average person!!!Do Not read or purchase NewsadyD

Newsdat is always uncooperative!!

Newsday charges too much for the daily paper!! The editors never respond to the consumers, particularly me. The editors are unwilling to write feature articlles, as I have contacted theme many times via email!!! I also wrote a children's book, the editors never responded!!! Miss Centipede: A Bug's Tale of Tolerance!!! They are greedy and useless.don't purchase Newsday.

Unprofessional and no loyalty to a 40 year customer

Spoke to a customer service employee and requesting to cancel my delivery due to lack of service never showed any interest in keeping me as a customer .Cancelled my delivery and next 2 days received the paper . Still waiting on my $265 credit .

Can't get through on the phone can't get delivery, worse customer service

Cancelled Newsday after 40 years

Did not receive my paper for 6 days in a row after stopping it for only 6 days while on vacation . It used to be delivered at 6:15 am so my husband was able to read it before leaving gif work at 6:45 but always late and no explanation . How sad that Newsday doesnt really care about losing a 40 year customer and $1559 per year in income . Both Patty nor Jenee ever asked what can we do to keep your business UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!!!!!!! I will purchase my Newsday elsewhere and never recommend you to anyone .

Missing papers

I didn't receive the paper on 03/19/2022. I didn't call about it. I didn't receive the paper on 03/25/2022. I did call and was told it would be delivered within 90 minutes. It never came. Just remove those two papers from my bill. Thank you.

My bill

I get digital Newsday because I live out of state. They charged me and didnt notify me that I had to have ezpay. I had to ask what the charges were. The person who helped me was very nice and fixed the problem immediately.

Home Delivery

As of yesterday, January 16th, our Newsday carrier included a notice yesterday stating it was their last day. As of 8:08 am this morning we have not received the paper. Can someone let us know if another delivery person has been assigned the route, if not we fully expect a credit to the account for days missed.

Every time my subscription is for renewal they automatically take out money that's fine but most companies usually let you know in advance Newsday doesn't not a good practice then you never get a response by email and customer service number is very hard to work with

26 positive covid cases in a district in one day. Superintend it is seeing this and still is keeping schools open of lack of sanitation, distance, and rules/regulations. Is not giving remote school and when someone tests positive you will not be called by the school to say that you were a close contact to quarantine nothing.
